Joe is the Director of Institutional Research and Planning at the George Washington University. He has been at GW since 1998. Before coming to GW, Joe worked as Coordinator of Evaluation in the Office of Institutional Research at Collin County Community College in Plano, Texas. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from Midwestern State University.
